I already had my medical done for the study permit application and its updated on the PR portal as completed. however, on GC key account the medical section is still blank.

Actually my question was regarding any inland spousal application.
It's not to fast. Some PA's are processed way quicker, depending on the PA's country of birth, also depends on how long you've lived in Canada, if you got married here, CRA information etc
I submitted my medical letter from a previous application via web form, and it was marked as completed the same day on the PR Tracker. However, on my GCKey account, the medical section is still blank.

- Application Submitted: July 21, 2025
- OWP Submitted: August 10, 2025
- AOR Received: August 14, 2025
- Biometrics Request: August 20, 2025
- Biometrics Completed: August 22, 2025

Notes for Others
- Never left Canada since early 2022 (study/work permits before PR).
- Medical from 2021 likely being reused under IRCC’s extended policy (valid until Oct 2029).
- File is already in background verification stage just ~6 weeks after submission.

I applied for permanent residence under the inland family class in January 2025. My application is up to date, and all sections show as completed except for the background check. My medical exam was marked as completed due to my previous history.
According to my PR Tracker, my medical results will expire on October 24, 2025. However, I haven’t received any communication from IRCC regarding this yet.
My question is: should I retake the medical exam and submit it through the Webform, or should I wait for IRCC’s instructions in case they decide to extend it?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? Please kindly advise.
