Hi,

I live in Vancouver and currently on PGWP. I am planning to apply for PR after March as I will be completing my 1 year work in February.

I am traveling to India on Jan 28 for 25 days and will be back on Feb 22. I want to check if I can apply my PCC and go India? Does it still valid?

or would you suggest me to apply for PCC after I come back from India? or get my PCC from India?

Thanks in advance.

No, your PCC has to cover the last entire visit. If you get a PCC that doesn't covers your last visit, your application will be returned as incomplete. You can apply for a PCC via BLS upon coming back or once you get your ITA.

Absolutely wrong. IRCC clearly states that it has to cover stays for more than 6 consecutive months. Since OP is back in 25 days, the PCC stays valid

Well I didn’t get rejected for my PR application and already submitted my citizenship application. So yeah, you do you.

People with misrepresentation also get their citizenships, doesn't justify "misrep". You have no sense of how anecdotal experiences can compromise someone's ability to migrate. If you think you are that right, are you willing to be held financially liable for wrong advice?
