Paid Work Internship on Post Graduation Work Permit for Express Entry CEC

1) Do paid internships on post graduation work permit after graduation in-Canada (NOT ON Co-op but on PGWP) qualify for express entry CEC work experience?
2) If an internship is paid, is it considered employment or being employed? I am employed directly under the institution, no subcontractors.
3) If I have all paystubs, contract letter and job offer letters, will I be able to use it to claim points?

I am in a similar situation. I worked on PGWP as a intern. My role was BI intern, same I added in PR file. I was working as a intern for a year. I was a contract intern. Can I claim this experience for my CEC I got ITA recently.

The intern was paid and I worked for 40 hours week, I have paystubs and T4 as well.Also, Duties are matching with NOC -A teer 1. Duties added into work experience. But I see problem that they mentioned as he was intern in the experience letter.

Do you recommend anything to submit on my PR Profile?

What do you mean? Job letter, paystubs, bank statements. An internship is just a job. Nothing special
