I hope so. It seems those of us in Alberta are the most affected.
I don't think so. I am just in a few FB groups and there are a lot people with LPP completed in December from Alberta who are still waiting for an Oath, and I haven't seen anyone with LPP completed in January from Alberta that has received an Oath.
Called IRCC again today to find out if my LPP had started. I was informed it hadn't and the tracker's 'In Progress' status doesn't mean anything. Super frustrating.
Don't hold your breath. If it is waiting to be assigned to a PM03 officer for review, it will take another 3-4 months for LPP at the very least. Even Jan 2026 AORs might get their oath ceremony scheduled before those Sep 2025 AORs waiting for PM03 review.

Same, Calgary resident. Test taken on 28 November. Stuck without LPP completion. Wonder what are they doing!
What proof of language proficiency did you use? I’ve heard that submitting a university degree for language proficiency can lead to longer processing times.
I hope we get update soon. We would like to apply for Mom's passport hopefully mid-June.
