CEC with non-accompanying Canadian Citizen Spouse

Hi Everyone,
I recently got invited under CEC with non-accompanying Canadian Citizen spouse. I mentioned in my profile I am married, spouse is a canadian citizen, non-accompanying.
However, they are asking to provide family details of my spouse (who are PR in Canada but live in USA), personal history, travel history etc.
Can someone please suggest, how do I handle as I am not claiming points for any of them?

There may be concerns regarding your relationship if you aren’t living together. Are they a PR or citizen you mention both.
