Wes process for IGNOU

Hi All,
Looking to get some advise here. BCom done from IGNOU - need to get WES done. Does Ignou allow the transcripts to be sent directly to WES. Or have you taken help of any agency.
If yes, can someone please advise who can help to get WES done for IGNOU bachelors preferably an agency in Baroda.
