August 2025 - Inland Spousal Sponsorship

Hi all - we applied inland in August and received our AOR on September 11th (at least, I think it was the AOR -- it was an email just sent to me as the sponsor, with a PDF letter confirming my application to sponsor a member of the family class). We submitted our biometrics fee when we received this letter, but still haven't gotten a biometrics request. Is this a normal timeline? It seems like most people receive their biometrics requests within a month...My husband (principal applicant) hasn't received any communication whatsoever.
The status tracker isn't working for us at all -- we just get an error message about "incorrect or invalid information" and we've tried all possible combinations of names/UCI/etc. Anyone else having this issue?

In the section where they ask about how many people on your application - if you're adding just '1' then it will say invalid because the correct value is '2' (both PA and Sponsor) - I know the wording can be confusing but try this if you still haven't and maybe you will be able to activate your tracker. If you have more people on your application, count all of them including the sponsor and enter that value. Hope this helps! The rest... can eventually (hopefully) make sense once you are able to access your tracker. Good luck!
