No impact if they don’t actually know your brother. Even if they knew your brother still may have no impact. Don’t waste your money paying for an agent. Paying an agent to apply for a TRV is typically a waste of money.
I am just scared about not messing up any forms. What if cos of me something gets messed up
Then pay an agent and your brother signs off on what is submitted. He is the one responsible for his application, not you if you hire an agent.

An MP letter would mean nothing , as well an MP cannot influence an officers decision
You can add it but father is not living in Canada so would have no legal weight for him to support his son. It may help but he is over 22 and doesn't live in the country as him. What other options are you looking for? He either applies on his own, you are his representative or you hire an agent/lawyer to file for him.
He could be refused for several things - no family ties, no ties to return, finances- enough of own funds, no travel history, not a temporary stay. He needs to apply and he may be approved. If refused then you have to address reasons.
Yeah to address all those what can we do to improve for next time? So that if we apply next time everything is there just to be extra prepared
