Won't even this religious wedding have any in the application ? If i mention little details about it in the LOE ? Should i ?
You can provide a letter of invitation of why he is coming to Canada. Should outline an itinerary (wedding is one day) and that he is has the funds and means to support his own trip. He should apply now and hopefully be approved well in advance of wedding. All the best.

I have one question that he right now works part time with a photographer in our local area just as a trainee without being paid.. will that count ? Should we mention it ? Because he wants to learn it ahead in his life

Providing wedding invitation, hall rental etc. to show you are getting married.

He isn't paid so not a job. Not a tie to return. School is his only tie.

But like we can't even mention about that in the LOE ?
Sure he can but then get a letter from the photography outlining his duties, how long he has worked there, and the number of hours he works. Can't ask for leave from job because not paid. Explaining it in LOE means nothing without proof and really not a tie.

I don't think so they would have a letter pad from the shop because it's not a big firm. But they are ready to sign and do other formalities

Does me being full or part time matters ?
He isn't paid so that is an issue. A full time job with approved leave outlining how long worked there (long term employment may hold more weight, salary and job duties shows some reason to return. Most full time jobs have vacation days so that can factor in too.

He cannot overthink this. Apply with current documentation and wait for a response. He doesn't have a job if not paid unless tied in to his schooling and part of his program.
