You've got pretty much everything you can include for an application. It's all going to come down to IRCCs decision. It's not like you can improve an weak application without falsifying facts. You'll just have to wait and see.
i was planning on getting support letter from MP as well. Will that help just a bit ?
No. MP has no sway unless MP has personal relationship with you and your family, and knows your brother personally and willing to say that MP can vouch for his character. MP describes his personal relationship with your brother. MP is not a family member. What support will MP give him?
His only tie to return is school (family not even in the country and doesn't own property) so make sure he has absolute proof of needing to finish his studies. If he has a job include a job letter with length of time worked and approved leave.

What could be the absolute proof of needing to finish study ? I mean what proof can we add for that
All he can provide is paid fees, registration and class schedule. If he had a job lined up or a job then that could strengthen his ties. He needs to apply now.
How can we try to make it all good because it's really important in our culture to have him present at my wedding. If anyone can provide list of documents to enhance his chances would be appreciated .
His documents are:
- school registration
- school fees paid
- part time job letter with approved leave
- personal bank statements
- dummy booking with return airfare
- any investments, property, business in his name
Look up a flight with return, start booking and take a screen shot. Show that he has cash in the bank for flight as well as his own money to support visit.
How about you invite both your father and brother to visit you? Then your father and your brother apply the visitor visa together? If so, his FD & property can be counted as ties.
He is 23 so not a dependant. Father doesn't even live in India.
