You still have the majority of the processing that is yet to happen. The longest part is typically background check and then being in queue for final decision. Another medical may also be necessary. Processing times are incredibly variable. Some preprocessed in closer to a year while others take years. All you can do is wait and see what happens to your file and respond to any further requests.

I read a news that the medicals and PCC are being asked upfront. Is that true?

Here’s my timeline:

2025-08-06: Invitation letter to apply

2025-10-03: Application submitted

2025-11-05: ADR via email to the sponsor (For updated Resume and IMM5669 )

2025-11-24: ADR submitted via eMail. Received automated/generic email reply from that eMailbox.

Awaiting AOR or any subsequent correspondence since.

PR portal still shows the status as "submitted" with greyed out "View" button.

Any tips on what I should do next? Such as linking the application with GC Key, etc?
