If she qualifies then apply for supervisa with medical, insurance etc. She wants to still show some ties to return which are not her son. Use NOA. Where is she applying from?
Current income is not important it is taxable income on most recent NOA which is typically all IRCC will accept.
Current NOA for 2024 but they may ask you for 2025 NOA in the new year since current processing is over 180 days (almost 6 months).
Shall I keep the reason of visit which I kept in my visitor visa application that I need my mother for baby delivery and support.
And do I need to give the travel dates as per the current processing timeline.
Give travel dates for when she plans to travel. Baby may be born so say to visit new grandchild.

What’s your take on reapplying the visitor which got rejected can I make the duration of visit shorter to 3 weeks now as last time when it got rejected it was for 3months and change the purpose of visit to meet grand child.
And when should I reapply the visitor visa if I should ?
Or as they rejected on grounds of applicant’s asset and financial situation is insufficient I should go only for supervisa ?
Supervisa requires your NOA not her funds. Her refusal was based on not showing enough of her own funds and staying way too long. She can reapply for a 3 week visit (IRCC knows she plans to stay longer) with her funds showing ties to return (her son is not a tie) and see what happens. If rejected again then don't reapply for some time. If she wants to stay longer than supervisa is the way to go with your NOA.
