Study Permit Delay (Over 7 Months)

It has been one full year, and my application is still under review !!!!

I got accepted into one of Canada's top 5 universities to study PhD in Engineering with a Scholarship provided by the university. What else do they need??

I no longer have a valid acceptance letter.

you are from Iraq but live in Turkey according to past posts. That is why....Canadian government needs immigration and security information from those countries. If Canada wants information/confirmation that you were not in the military then Iraq has to provide the information. Issue is with Iraqi government, not Canada.
