Medicals once expired, second expiring this month

After that nothing.

It seems there’s positive news for Start-Up Visa applicants. Recent amendments to Bill C-12 likely reduce the risk of blanket cancellations. Cancellations now appear limited to case-by-case issues like serious fraud, public safety, public health, or administrative errors. While not 100% final until the bill passes, this seems to give stronger protection to genuine SUV applicants.
