When you received medical request for your minor? After ecopr or Final decision

I submitted my family's PR application in March 2023. I didn't receive my final decision until October 2025. Prior to that, I received my daughter's first medical examination request in July 2024 and a second medical examination request in June 2025.

I believed the physical exam was valid for one year, so I had it done twice. I wasn't in the pilot program.

According to IRCC’s Program Delivery Instructions regarding “Protected persons’ minor children who are at risk”, visa officers should consider expediting processing when:

• children are separated from both parents,
• children are at risk due to lack of proper care or protection,
• delays may expose the child to further risk.

I am the principal applicant in Canada and received my EcoPR on November 14th. Since I only have one minor daughter in the country of origin, I wrote to the IRCC last night requesting expedited processing, and fortunately, I received her PPR today.

I wrote multiple times even through MP it been 21 months even in pilot program they are not considering
