Yes, I left and yes, I do. I am from The Bahamas - not India. So I am eligible to return on eTA (visitor visa). I will look into getting a good lawyer. Thanks for your help.

We can apply PGWP extension only before 4 months of pgwp expiry? Like if my PGWP expires in Dec 2025, I can only apply to extend on September 2025? Is it true?
