April'25 no update on Super visa application

My parents have applied for super visa (from India) in April 2025. We submitted biometrics on April 30th.

Ever since no update, not even medical report request.

Tried to raise webform multiple time but same reply "We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible."

I am not sure how to escalate this issue since it has been >150 working days (total >6 months). Any suggestions?

Would ask your MP to follow-up if they haven’t even received a medical request and you didn’t submit upfront medicals.
