Long Waiting decisions made

Good evening family
I started my process in November 2021, and I completed my medical interview and vaccination from September 2024 to October 2024 with a pass result( as immigration officer confirm congratulations) . However, my medical certificate expired over a year ago (about 1 year and 2 months), and I have not yet received my re-medical papers or any updates on my case.

Is this long waiting period normal? Has anyone experienced similar delays? I would appreciate any advice or guidance on what to do next.
