Hello,

My wife’s test was updated on November 16th, but mine has not been updated yet. I’m not sure why, as I actually completed my test two days before hers.

When we last called, we were told that nothing further was needed from me, but that my wife needed to send in her ID to confirm her test, which we did immediately. Her update went through, but mine still hasn’t.

Has anyone experienced this before, or can you advise on what might be causing the delay?

Do let me know when you get an update.
We both gave my exam on Nov 04, 2025. My wife got email to submit the ID again and we did that next day and her tracker got updated that citizenship exam updated to completed and no update in my tracker.

Did both of you get test invitation email from same team? (team 1 or team 2 or team 3)

Looks like portal issue resolved. We can just login, no need to change date back to Nov 10 everytime

Same here, Exam Request received on Oct 28th (test window Oct 31-Nov20). I gave my exam on Nov 4th. Haven't received any email yet, and the tracker today still shows "Citizenship Test - waiting on you" with latest update the same as Oct 28th. I am hoping the tracker has not updated yet since i received the Exam request on Oct 28th. My test invite was from team 3.

Thoughts? Any advice plz?!
