My Oath status changed to progress 4 weeks after everything was completed. It was at the end of the 4th week when they put Oath ceremony date on tracker. So hopefully soon for you.

Does anyone have a similar timeline? It's been over a month now. I am seeing people whose LPP has been done after me who have received their Oaths. Is it worth contacting IRCC or waiting it out?

LPP finally completed oct 9th, after a few days of a really unhelpful call to IRCC ( the guy basically repeated what i could see on the tracker) hopefully Oath will be started soon, if you are still waiting your time might be coming don't give up

Received a Call from Citizenship Canada, London office. They asked many questions like wife's previous status in US before her PR, she applied PR independently as express entry while working in US, what is her work status and type of Work here in canada from past 5 years, travel in and out of canada confirming dates etc. husband's PR via inland experience class, his occupation history in Canada and his travel history. AT the end of the call, he said the application is approved and I we will receive an email for next steps and Oath , which might be held in November. Online application tracker not working so cannot see what has been updated.

Hi All, today October 22, 2025 I took my citizenship oath. A journey that began in 2019, with a work permit, passing through PR in July of 2021 has finally reached this goal of Citizenship (Application filed February 2025). Thanks to all of you who helped during this journey and became part of the everyday routine of helping each other with the meaning of each update or in fact, many times no updates. Wishing good luck to everyone.
Email Invitation received with instructions on Oct 23, 2025 (latter attached is dated 9th Oct 2025) for Oath on Nov 10, 2025.
The letter is calling for an In-Person Oath, and no mention of whether the certificate will be given in paper OR email.
I opted for an e-Certificate. has anyone experienced them forcing us for a paper certificate?

Another Query: regarding rescheduling.
Has anyone gone through the process of rescheduling their Oath ceremony with IRCC after a specific date (date when you are returning to Canada)?
I’m asking because I sent a web form and also called IRCC. The agent confirmed that they added my travel details to our files almost 4 weeks before we received the formal Oath invitation.
I followed the instructions and replied to the email with a reschedule request, but received only the automated response stating that we can still attend, and that a second notice would be sent automatically — after which the application could be abandoned. On which I have replied with the same request again, indicating that we prefer to reschedule, and if in-person dates are booked, then Virtual oath is also okay.
I’d like to know: does IRCC send the revised Oath date before the originally scheduled date, or only after the original date has passed, and will it be a systemic notification, OR will an IRCC agent send a formal reply to our request?

First it will be a no show and then they will see you have asked for rescheduling and after you return, send an email again with your boarding pass as proof, after which you will get a new date. Its a bit clumsy process once you request rescheduling.
