Has anyone who applied for OCI through BLS Edmonton on September 6th received any updates? My application reached the OCI tracker on September 10th and has been showing “Under Process” ever since. It’s been over 1.5 months now with no update anyone in a similar situation?
I have been trying to cancel my Voter ID card but it shows that my EPIC number is not linked with my profile. Although I can download my voter ID e-card using my EPIC and the phone number but somehow it just does not allow me to go to form 7. Any idea how I can solve this issue ?

Hi, how long did it take for your applications to change back to granted. It happened to me today, changed back to Under Process from Granted.
Hello Everyone, I applied for my OCI on September 15 and booked a premium lounge and the staff at premium lounge filled all the paperwork and everything. I was just checking the status now and figured out that at tracking website it shows my DOB wrong. instead of January it says February, should i call and check with consulate or wait for it to receive?

I applied for OCI for my child at BLS center on 26th Sep, as a walk-in.
When I login to ociservices website, I see no change whatsoever with a "
Note : The application is not acknowledged at the Mission/ FRRO yet."
However when I login to BLS it shows "Processing at Consular General"
is it normal? Where do we need track OCI status?
Also I applied from Toronto, how much time its taking nowadays?

Hi. If you applied on 26th Sep, the consulate must have received it from BLS in the next 2 business days or so (say 29th or 30th sep). That's when it starts showing "Processing at CG" on BLS site while OCI tracker (ociservices.gov.in) shows "Pending".
From what I have seen, it takes 3-4 weeks for Toronto applications to be acknowledged after they reach Consulate. That's when you should see the status change to "Under Process" on the OCI website. Considering it's been almost 4 weeks, you should check the OCI tracker (you should see an update already or soon). If it gets delayed further, perhaps get in touch with BLS, they may advise writing to Consulate directly.
After that stage, it takes another 3 weeks or so to change to Granted on OCI.
