Hi everyone, I applied for Canadian PR before and was refused. I received ITA again, and I have prepared much stronger supporting documents. Will the first refusal affect the second application? Should I explain the first refusal in my current submission?

Depends on reason for first refusal
The refusal reason was that the officer believed I had not provided sufficient evidence to prove at least one year of continuous, full-time skilled work experience, and that I did not include proper documentation to confirm my professional qualification.

So now you have continuous experience with new work experience? Or are you using the past experience from your first application and if so what changed? What is the NOC?

It’s still the same work experience, but this time I have prepared extensive supporting documents to prove it, and I have also notarized my professional certificates.

So may or may not be an issue to why you didn't include this information in the first place. You would have provided job letter, payslips, bank statements in the first place.

I provided my employer letter and social insurance records showing my workplace. My lawyer’s license also lists my law firm. However, in the document directory, I translated my lawyer’s license as “Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate” instead of “Lawyer’s License,” which may have caused a misunderstanding.

Is this foreign experience? Show your payslips and bank statements proving you got paid to do the job. Taxes too.
