For me they just checked my passports and driving license. But I took everything with me.

Why would they be verifying your NOC? You could be unemployed and still eligible to apply for citizenship?

officer verify if i file taxes and emplyment status and ask me where i am working and what is my position and role at my work

Finally Got an update today lpp completed
Application submitted: December 31, 2024
AOR: January 13, 2025
Citizenship test completed: March 7, 2025
Background verification completed: March 19, 2025
LPP: 3rd of October completed and updated today on the tracker
Last update i received was march 19th when the background check was completed
Processing office: Vancouver (secondary office: Sidney

Oath is on Oct 29th and they didn’t talk anything about oath in interview.

Just wondering—has anyone in this group received an oath invitation without having to take the citizenship or language test? I haven’t seen any posts from applicants exempt due to age (55+). Thanks.

It says, approximately 3months left. Now you can enter the month you applied for and get estimated time left. 65,200 ahead of me. 283,700 waiting. 13months if you apply today.

Oh nice! The webpage is showing more details now, this is better, at least there are some numbers there. I wouldn’t recommend checking the processing time right before a long weekend though .
