What are the documents that one submitted for Visitor Visa?
A friend of mine had all the documents except he was unemployed, he had submitted property documents , invitation letter etc.
This is making me nervous about my application.
I have submitted my application on June 13th, No updates till now.
I am currently in the same boat as my friend have submitted all the documents except I am currently unemployed.
Do we have cases where the tie back is stronger, but if they are unemployed the visa has been approved?

i got a message just now that the applications were refused due to insufficient funds which is ridiculous. i had more than enough of what's needed.

So how much in funds (cash) did they show for a TRV. Your funds are not relevant unless a supervisa. How long was visit?

does anyone got update ?

I have applied visitor visa for my parents in July 2025, since no update yet.

Timeline as followed:
July 17 : Application
July 21: Biometrics and same day it was updated as completed in portal.
Since then no update: Processing time shows 77 days as of now, but its been 88 days.

Keep visit to 2-3 weeks. This is their personal bank statements in cash only, and not your funds. Usually $10k cash per person in their own accounts for a 2-3 week visit.

July 02nd application for parents visitor visa got approved and received a passport request on Oct 20th.
Biometrics was done on July 7th
