I just got my Canada COPR a month ago, but I have not received my PR card yet. I would like to travel back home for a while (maybe December)

My concern is this: can I leave Canada now, and then have my brother or a friend bring my PR card with them later to hand over to me abroad? Will that work if I need to return to Canada?

I’m also wondering if border agencies in Canada ask me how I obtained the PR card,
or airlines will allow boarding in this situation, or if the PR card is strictly required in hand for re-entry.

Has anyone faced a similar situation or can share the best option here?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If your brother brings your PR card safely to you, no one is going to question how you received it. If he couriers it to you safely, no questions either.

There are literally no concerns around "how you got your PR card".
