My program is SAH and I applied in February 2025 and got my g number after 1 week

i applied in december 2024 and i got my g number in january 28 2025 after that no updates i guess we are in the same situation

My friend who applied 3 y ago just get flight date to Canada for 20 day after
He had family member issues in their application

Did your friend fly three years after their file reached in Ankara or it take three years in total from start to finish?

Processing for privately sponsored refugees if there are no changes is around 4 years right now. There may be changes to immigration targets which would likely mean less privately sponsored refugees per year as Canada tries to reduce total PR target per year and tries to deal with the huge backlogs in refugee/asylum related programs.

So how have you stayed with out a valid kimlik all this time. I just want to know what to do if my family is rejected which has been happening lately. Do you know what are my family's options if they are rejected?

For me maybe it's a miracle that I'm still living here
But as I said I have unhcr confirmation and it's a positive point
If there is a rejection you can Appeal against the rejection of the case to Ankara
