I have applied for his PR and ARC both. Before PR ARC needs to be approved as per law. But I didn't get any response till now. In 2021 I have applied for his visitor visa and they have approved that. But when he was about to board the flight then they realized oh this man needs and ARC, and they didn't let him to board the flight. After that I have applied for his PR and ARC both. Now me and my kids all are citizens here in Canada but he is still in India.
I hope so. But they are taking so much time. I came in Canada in 2018 that time my son was 2 now he is 10 years old. It's really hard.Yeah - same situation here, I’m so sorry! We just applied back in June and they told us that the PR will move at the same time as the ARC but who knows! I hope we can get a response soon!!
