I got final decision update on GC key, while BG is completed and COPR number generated on status tracker on April 22nd. Besides my SVO is changed to Montreal.

Mine got bg completed and final decision on May 13th. and SVO changed from Winnipeg to Etobicoke. COPR number generated as well.

Since then nothing.
You have any update?

My background check was marked as completed on September 22 in the tracker and on September 23 I had a ghost update
That means portal 1 soon?
My ar is July 18

Yes, I did. I got my FD on October 2, and Portal 1 on October 3 (the next day after FD). My pvo continued being Windsor. The portal 1 was issued by Etobike

I don't know when exactly was transferred to there, but It was confirmed that around june was windsor already the Pvo. I got the PAL on March 14 (I believe that Winnipeg issued that one as svo)
