hello please i apply for visit visa and i was refuse, but i reapply again with a strong document when the processing time was 42 days its 65 days now i haven hear from the ircc, i request for an update on my application ircc send email state that my application is in queue and i don't understand.

It is in the queue so you wait for a decision. There are many people applying so it takes time for officer's to review each application.

What were reasons for refusal and how did you address it?

the officer stated that i do not have enough founds and also no job in my home country and i have add all document to my new application

So you would have shown at least $10k in cash with bank statements over the past 4 months for a 2-4 week visit. And included a job letter with approved leave also mentioning that you have been there for a long time to show that you will return. The letter would include your salary too.

i shown all documents including contract letter and visa which is travelling experience but i didn't add up bank statement. i also show my residency permit as a foreigner working in Saudi Arabia

So was one of the reasons that you will not return? Are you single? If so you are not living in country of citizenship so have no ties to return home. If single, have no family ties.

i am not single but have children and 2 adopted children so i have 5 children to take care of and one wife but not legal marriage. i stated all this in my second application

So hopefully approved. Why do you want to travel to Canada without your family? If you have 5 children and spouse then you want to show even more cash in the bank to support your family and travel to Canada.

i want to take a tour during my leave and return back to my word. The reason will like to travel alone my children are in school and time will not permit to travel with me.
