It's interesting they didn't seem to have a proper protocol for this. In the oath letter it says subject line should be "Oath form for [application number], [family name]", but in the oath meeting, the admin told us multiple times we only need to put our agent's name in the subject line and nothing more. I put "Oath form for [application number], [family name]" in the body of the email and subject line was simply agent's name.
After I hit send I thought maybe it wasn't a good idea to do that. I did my oath on Sept 16th, I received the instructions on how to download email the day after, but the e-cert is not available on the website yet (it says Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.)
I have a trip in 15 days and I really need this e-cert now
