I won the appeal last week and the MNI requirement has been set aside.
The refusal came April of this year and IRB has sent the appeal decision to IRCC.
How long will it take them to process the application from here? I believe the only document that has expired for my parents is the police certificate and everything else is still valid. Thank you!

Hi guys, I have uploaded the additional documents request 3 months ago but the status in the Review of additional documents still says:
"We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details". what does it mean?

what was your additional documents request?
I got the same at the end of February and am still waiting

I received the AOR and PCC on Jun 6, 2025 but I am still getting issues linking the application in GCkey account. Can anyone please tell what information needs to be added to link the application.

I have also tried the application status, but cannot find the status.

I have been trying for the last few days, but without luck. Please help!!!

Was it same on ur ecopr ?

Hi, we got the eCOPR on August 1. We applied for OHIP and received the card 4 weeks later. However, we have not received the PR card unfortunately. Should we be worried? Is this normal?

I received a Pre-Arrivals Email under my father’s name but my mom was the main applicant!!

However the attachment letter doesn’t have any name but only the UCI number.

Does that letter count for both of them or should I expect another letter for my mother separately.

Additional details such as address, PCC and proof of relationship - October 26th, 2024.
AOR - Nov 21st, 2024
Confirmation for Above mentioned webform - Dec 2024
Biometrics request - Feb 26, 2025
Medical - March 1st, 2025
Completed Biometrics and updated on Portal- March 3rd, 2025
Medicals passed - March 13th (Portal Update)
Pre Arrival Letter 1 - April 26th, 2025
Pre Arrival Letter 2 - May, 2025
PPR Request - July 2025
Passport Submission - July 29th, 2025

*No updates for about 50+ Days*

Received email today stating there's an update on IRCC portal
Upon logging in, I can see the primary applicant and dependent details along with DOCUMENT NUMBER for each.

I'm guessing that's the cOPR number.
Since my Mom and Dad are Outland, will they receive the COPR along with the passports and the continue with the rest of the processing at border once they land?
What are my next steps since we are Outland ? (For copr, pr card..)

Hi Everyone,

Got the email to do the biometrics in mid-July with a deadline by Aug so my parents did that within 2 days. Since then till now nothing. Is that normal like I was expecting to get the medical request by now. Do I need to inquire as where the file is or wait? Is there a way to see the application processing status like I see folks here talking about linking something to GCKey, not sure if that too early for me to look into. Thanks.

Sorry, maybe i am mis-understood. 3 years for getting OHIP card for a landed immigrant is ridiculous. Anyway I will end this discussion here

After you get PR they qualify for OHIP but many parents are visiting Canada while their PGP is being processed. They don’t qualify after applying for PGP.

Nothing it is just procedural anytime after eligibility. The name confuses people.

Assume the first landed in Montreal. You land in the first Canadian city not your final destination.
