I have mixed feelings about March even some people saying they got update and most of it not, seems like they stopped doing processing. Because most of us knows our file says ready even MP says that.

They stopped at March 11 (one of our reliable members mentioned he received P1). However, some applicants (including me) before that date have not received it because their files are not complete.

It is not strict chronological processing.

There is just a very long queue waiting for P1 and a small quota. IRCC allocates a certain number of P1s per month or they would have all been gone in January probably. There is a large pool of applicants and a smaller quota. It is purely a math issue.

I agree, basically they hardly will finish March this month or next month so it’s like year will end by March.

No it could effect claimants not protected and why u think it effect.

I agree, basically they hardly will finish March this month or next month so it’s like year will end by March.

It isn’t a purely chronological system so can’t generalize to just March but there may be a slight uptick in P1s at the end of 2025 because they will likely be landed in 2026. Not sure what quota is left at this point. In general there will likely be a consistent approvals every month going forward but processing time is going to continue to get longer.

If someone has representative on p1 does main applicant receive too or just representative?
