Our medical expire after 10 days.

Hi family, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to ask for some guidance regarding my medical examination. Me and My family completed our interview and medical examination on September 26, 2024, and fulfilled the vaccination requirements by February 4, 2025. However, our medical expired after just 10 days( one year completing).
This is our time line

1.received your application for permanent residence on December 29 ,2021.
2. We started processing your application January04,2023,
3. Interview and medical finished on October 22,2024
4. Pre arrival letter received on October 28,2024.

Should I contact the embassy Tanzania( dar es salaam )to see if they will send me a new appointment, or do I need to visit IOM in Kampala myself? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You’ll be contacted if you need to redo your medicals. It would only be requested right before approval to ensure it would remain valid but IRCC also has the ability to extend the expiry date without having to redo the medical.
