COPR deadline in two weeks, no PPR yet (Outland Spousal Sponsorship)

My spousal PR application (Outlander) has followed the sequence below:

• Application received - May 2024

•Biometric, medicals, eligibility, and background verification are COMPLETED (and upload of COPR and IME details)- June 2025

• Final decision on GCkey Account Profile- June 11, 2025 (Application in progress)

•COPR Expiry date - September 19, 2025

No emails since June, no PPR, and the COPR expiry date is in two weeks. I have sent multiple notifications to IRCC via webforms, all to no avail.

Has anyone been in this situation?
What do you suggest I do?
What am I not doing? Help!

Would disregard COPR expiry date. That can be changed. All you can do is wait for COPR to be sent to you if abroad.
