I got update after 9 months when I contacted to MP that file has transferred to Etobicoke office. Do I need to be worried or it is normal?

It appears as though you may have only received AOR in January 2025 outside Quebec. Processing is around 3 years so this is just normal processing as long as there are no other issues that would create problems for your file like criminal conviction, fraud, etc. This is a long process with little movement on your file for long periods of time.
