Simple - parents/grandparents all have passed away, not married, no children, no relatives in Canada. All on the IRCC site.

I recently applied to sponsor my orphan nephew. See below my timeline.

Application Sent: February 23, 2025
AOR Date: March 0+10,2025
Biometrics: Exempted (13 years old)
Sponsor Approval: August 10, 2025
Application sent to the local visa office the same day.
Medical request : August 11, 2025
Medical done: August 12, 2025
Medical marked as completed August 19,2025
Eligibility in progress: August 19, 2025

Hi everyone, I got PPR for my niece on Sept 11th and my lawyer sent a webform on the same day to request virtual landing as she is already in Canada. I called IRCC and they said they haven’t received the webform or it has not been added to the file yet. In the PPR letter we had to raise the webform within 5 days, which we did. But not sure what should we do next, I will be calling IRCC again before 30 days of PPR to see if the webform is added to the file yet. Would it be ideal to send the form again?

Hey, I also got additional family information sheet today with sponsor approval letter, do we need to include information of all my uncle and aunt who lives in my home country ?

Like I’m sponsoring my real adult brother under other relative program as now they are asking me to provide family information sheet but they clearly mention that I need to prove I also don’t have brother or sisters under family class. What to do? As I’m single no parents and grandparents alive, no uncle aunt or nephew niece in Canada. Just have real adult brother and married sister with niece back home. Am I disqualified already got my sponsor eligibility and biometric letter.
