-My understanding is that in general, no, it would not be revoked - UNLESS something else has changed. (To be clear, the most likely 'as changed' is the person got prtd, returned to Canada and then did not stay. But I can't say 100% that it would not be revoked, just that the presumption is that the decision on h&c as evidenced by the rc-1 has already been made.
-I don't fully understand your question here, but I don't know about the timelines for cards (and they don't sound right - the one month timeline is for dead simple cases).
Thanks a lot. Briefly i respond:
-it's now clear. I don't know what is RC-1 visa but it makes sense that getting a PRTD should not be followed by a revoke order (except as you said if something changed)
-I asked about the timeline in that case to wait for renewal after PRTD to receive new PR CARD.

-RC-1 is the code they use for the visa that indicates H&C reasons for issue.
-Yes, no fixed or firm timeline I could guide you on. The one-month period - for simple standard cases.

You need to be planning on remaining in Canada to remain complaint with your RO. It is still the 730 days in the last 5 years so even if it takes a little longer you will be in Canada.

Thank you. Indeed, but i was asking in this case of HC with PRTD, how long does it takes to send you the new PR card? +
Does one need to apply to PR card renewal with the same documents applied to PRTD or is it automatic to receive PR card renewal once landed back in Canada? Many thanks.

It is not automatic, you would have to apply. No-one knows how long.

But yes, you can basically apply with the same documents, but best to also add info to update since arriving in Canada.
