Hi everyone

I applied for my dependents daughter PR application from canada. Today I received the AOR I believe where I received the application number only.

I am trying to track the application with the application number and my UCI number but can not do so.

I have also tried to link this application to my existing IRCC account but I failed.

Would you please guide me how to do it ? Do you provide your name or childs name and information when they ask the questions while linking the application in the GC key account or creating the account in the tracker ?

There's frequently a delay of 2-7 days before one can access the tracking.

I have 11 weeks applying. But, as I don´t have the UCI of my husband and children, I can't use the tranking for them.

This is the timeline so far I have for our daughter who is already in Canada.

Applied for our daughter : 16 June 2025
Application returned : 15 July 2025 ( Did not attach the PR card and signed with the name of our daughter instead of my name )
Reapplied : 20 July 2025
AOR received : 28 August 2025
Eligibility Letter received : 28 August 2025
Medical Request : 28 August 2025
Medical Completed : 28 August 2025

My question is I am struggling to add my daughters application to the existing GC key account. I am trying but every time I try it says that information could not be found. Can anyone guide me whats the way or if there is any trick is there ?
And do we have to pay right of permanent residence fee for our daughter ? She is only 5 and half months old.

Go through point #3 in the above webpage. In the number of family members in application I was typing 1 (Just dependent child); but IRCC consider Child + Sponsor + Cosponsor (if any).

Thank you so much. You are absolutely right. I was typing 2 but upon checking the FAQ I understood my mistake as we were co sponsoring our child. Basically it should be 3. Now I could successfully link the application to the GC key account. Again Thanks a lot.

No. You don't. The doctor or the clinic have already uploaded the results in the IRCC portal. You don't have to upload anything like we did while applying in the express entry system.

I got the medical request on the same day like you and we completed the medical on 28 August. On 29 August we got update in the GC key saying medical is cleared.
