Urgent PEQ - Need advice for IR not holding valid job

I applied peq work but I have 1year3months experience . I got laid off and then I started learning french. After that I delivered a baby and was eligible for maternity leave. So I took parental leave.And my parental leave ended in June. Now again I am searching for a job but still no luck in my field and Today I received a letter from MiFi for Intent to Decline.

The reasons or reasons for your application to be refused are as follows:
Temporary foreign worker shutter
• Occupy a full-time job in Quebec at the time of presenting your
request.
- You haven't demonstrated that you are busy or busy with a schedule
fully located in Quebec (at least 30 hours per week) in a profession of
FEER category 0,1,2 or 3 according to the National Classification of Professions.

If I send parental leave acceptance letter and explanation with current situation. Will they accept?
Or should I just go for any kind of job and submit the documents?

You were laid off and then to parental leave so you don’t qualify. You could try to secure another job but may be too late. What type of WP do you have and when does it expire?

How long do you have to respond? The job you find needs to be TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3.

In that case I would wait until day 40 and try to secure a qualifying job by then before responding to the intent to deny letter. When you respond you can provide the information related to your maternity leave and hopefully the details of the new job you have. If you don't get a job by then, I don't know if they will grant you an extension. (But you can ask.) I assume you notified them when you originally lost your job.

Although parental leave is important some may not be able to take the full amount for a variety of reasons. You really should have been looking for new employment and cutting your maternity leave short and returning to work to prioritize PR. Too late now unfortunately.
