Has anyone faced a similar situation with Rule 28(1)(a) – Inadmissibility Issues?

My hearing was held on July 2025, and it was concluded after oral submissions (the Member stated that a decision would follow). However, I later received a notice saying the hearing was “adjourned” and that inadmissibility issues may arise. An invitation has been sent to the Minister’s office should they wish to intervene. The Minister has since reopened security screening, requested to change the date of the proceeding.
"
The application is allowed.
The security screening for this claimant has been reopened. Six months are generally given for
this procedure. If the Minister requires more time, their representative should specify the duration
of time required. If the Minister wishes to intervene in the claim, please ensure that this is done
well in advance of the new hearing date, in accordance with the Rules.
This means that the date or time of the proceeding will be changed as requested. A new notice to
appear will be sent at a later date.
