reason -- "The applicant failed to disclose a previous refusal(s) on their application form, and answered "no" to statutory question: Have you ever been refused a visa or permit"
Just checked now that consultant already mentioned it in the LOE including all the previous two refusals. Going to raise a web form tomorrow to request reconsideration of the decision.

to meet family members.
Did you confirm with consultant that they answered yes in the online application apart from LOE ?
During the application there is question if there was any refusal. If you answer yes then you need to put previous application number.

Applied on April 20
From India
Biometrics done in 2023, valid till 2033
Medical Upfront - Passed on July 24
Eligibility - in progress - (it shows completed in tracker though)
Background - in progress

I tried to contact IRCC they say we cant give you any information on your file because it is processing in New Delhi. Is there any way of contacting IRCC new delhi?

and yes, the eligibility was completed in tracker on August 11, at that time I was not able to log in to IRCC portal and was giving some nonsense error like "the user information can not be found".

I created a webform also called IRCC but no help. I was frustrated the whole day. The next day it was working fine though no updated in IRCC portal. Do you guys think because of the glitch on the same day the eligibility was completed it might have impacted any messages for the decision from IRCC?

Not declaring the refusal in the statutory question could be a red flag for the officer viewing your application. Also the reason for visit does not seem strong for a supervisa application. In the tracker, were you able to track if eligibility passed or failed?

The error was due to system outage for maintenance on the IRCC portal. They probably pushed a batch update to all applications

Date of submission- April 28
Biometrics - May 2
Medical done - Upfront
Medical passed -
Background verification- in process
Eligibility- Not started

There has been no update since May 2 after biometrics. Any one else got the super visa approved from April ??
Can we add a letter from the doctor's office about pregnancy and requesting for expediting parents super visa application. Has anyone done that ?

I have done that since it was a genuine reason for me and my partner however it did not help to expediate the process
We have done the same
I would say it was a strong note from the Dr, as my wife had serious complications in past but it seems they’re turning a deaf ear to all/any kind of requests
Super annoying as due date in end of next month but it is what it is
Applied 26 April from Pakistan
It is over processing time as well as of today
But there is no point sending a web form or calling, they just don’t give a damn
Just be patient and wait for their email to come
I have stopped checking for any email as well
My friend applied for his father 1.5 months before me and he is yet to receive PPR after getting medical request 50 days ago, he applied for his father in 1st week of March

If the complications were in the past wouldn’t be considered as a medical reason now. Your wife does have a spouse in Canada so does have support already so she is not alone. Grandparents in this case are just additional support not main support.

It depends on whether anything needs to be reviewed on the medical by the IRCC medical staff. Can be relatively fast or over a month.

Yes man! She said, it was her mistake she mistakenly selected 'No' as an answer.

Was not having access of application tracker. Consultant was the one taking care of the file.
