Here’s my timeline so far

Type: Online application
Location: Toronto
Application Type: Family (2 Members)
Application sent: June30, 2025
Delivered: June 30, 2025
AOR: August 19 2025

Same happended with me. I tried to log in with my email that I used to track my PR application before and it worked. I reset my password afterwards

I got my AOR on july 31
FP: Aug 05

I received multiple emails to create Tracker account but I'm not able to do so.
I tried going in to create new account: it doesn't send any code.
I tried going in Password reset: it says invalid or incorrect information.

I tried calling IRCC but seems like there's no option for "speak to an agent".
What should i do?

Need help with language proof please. I had completed my IELTS in Oct 2022 for my PR which I got in April 2023 and now I am applying for Citizenship. Can I use the same IELTS result from Oct 2022 as language proof for citizenship (even though IELTS results are valid only for 2 years) ?

Can someone who has successfully used expired IELTS result as language proof for citizenship share their experience and guidance please ?

Yes you can use it. It's indicated on IRCC website you may submit it even if expired as long as you meet the required results.

Hi All,
For the photo in the citizenship online application, I got the digital photo from Pro passport and added the photographer details in the fields provided for this in the online citizenship application. Is that sufficient or do we need the stamp of the photographer by taking print of the photo with photographer’s stamp at the back and then scanning both sides of that photo for upload in the online citizenship application ?

It is sufficient. There is no need of printed photo and further process you have mentioned. Printed copy with stamp is needed for Canadian Passport application.

I don't think there will be urgent processing If your application is within the time frame mentioned in the service standards or estimates.

Maybe it’s time to check your junk folder? I know you resubmitted so not sure if it’s related to that. Perhaps you can search and see if other people who resubmitted had the same experience.
