I received eligibility met email July 17 for my parents, and file is sent to Mississauga office.
Police clearance is done.
Waiting on medical.
How fast Mississauga office is?

Yes. EVERYONE needs to pass the medical and other checks. Does not matter if he is not accompanying.

why, her father won't be applying for PR and will NOT be accompanying either.

My parents’ passports were renewed after I submitted the 2020 Interest to Sponsor form. I do not recall whether I included their passport details in that submission. If anyone has a copy of the 2020 Interest to Sponsor form, it would greatly help me clarify this matter.

You will get an email with the subject "Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada! Félicitations! Vous êtes désormais résident permanent du Canada" once your eCOPR is uploaded. It will have all the other required details about how to download and the services that you can avail.

My parents received request for Bio metrics for PR (Parent-grandparents program) but they had given bio metrics for visit visa 2yrs back..
do we stil need to give the bio metrics or can they be reused?
I can't link their online application nor in client status tool.

You will need to give Biometrics again. The ones for PR cannot reuse the ones from Visitor visa. For linking your application, what is the total number of family members that you are using?

2 is likely not correct. It should include all the people being sponsored + Sponsor + Co-Sponsor
