Don’t scare people. Inventory far exceeds processing capacity, indicating that approvals are still ongoing. The mid-year "slow" pace is a normal allocation phenomenon and does not mean that the quota has been filled.

They usually slow mid year and around Christmas I’ve noticed this since two years. They seem to speed up first half of the year and around fall.
I will give it a week. Normal processing from P1 to P2 is around 35 days. Also, received P1 July 23rd, still waiting for P2
I will also wait another one week and then I will send email and web form also
