Valid TRV but Study permit is expired, can I travel?

Having a valid TRV up to my Passport Expiry date, but my study permit has expired and my status is in Work Permit applied status,my Question is can i travel back to Canada with this TRV and applied status ?

No, you cannot re-enter Canada on maintained status. Even with a valid TRV, once you leave Canada, your implied status ends. Wait until your new work permit is approved before traveling.

If applied for a PGWP you can work when you return.

I talked with Ircc officer, they said I can travel with my TRV and work permit applied status.they send me a mail , please go through

But I’m not receiving any response from embassy regarding approval . What should I do can anyone please help me .

You can contact your local MP in Canada to find out status. Not much you can do. Still need passport stamped to and not sure where you live.

Yes I do have a valid permit till December and I came in March to India .

I don't know your MP. Look up based on your Canadian address. It is summer so not sure you will get a response from them. If you came in March then coming up on 6 months so may be asked for medical too. Passport stamping is around 30 days too. So if approved today may not get passport back until mid September. Talk to school about last day you can attend classes and deferring.
