None of us can say what it indicates. IRB decided not to proceed with your hearing on the scheduled date, which can happen for various reasons such as scheduling conflicts, unavailability of a member or interpreter, technical issues, or because they need more time to review the evidence you submitted. It does not automatically indicate a negative outcome; sometimes hearings are postponed due to priority changes or to consider a different process for your case. You should wait for the official notice to you or your lawyer, which will explain the reason and what the next steps will be.

Probably you will receive positive decision soon. It was less complex for me and I’ve sent all documents. But they said I need hearing. I was thinking about hearing and before 10 days they canceled and same day evening they sent positive decision without hearing.
Had they told you that your case is in file review process means you are gonna get decision without hearing, did they give you letter stating that?
They told me file review and send the documents. You may not need hearing. It’s not promised of course. Depends on your documents. Same thing like your case.
They haven't asked for any additional documents in the letter to me yet. Hopefully it's gonna be decided without hearing.
