obviously something is off. they could not ship the passport on august 4th, it was a public holiday. No way it takes 3 weeks to delivery like people experienced. the shipments come from China in 3 weeks. they do not exactly ship the documents the date they show in system
Well I got a paper they left at My place , to go to purolator office because nobody was Home to sign reception. Because of that I Saw that My RTD was shipped the day before. But that was on July 22 nd.not during August .
By the way My RTD has date issue June 30. So took almost there weeks from issuing to ship it.
%100 agree. They told me that my application shipped on July 24. It will be two weeks tomorrow, nothing has come so far. Their system is so broken.
3 weeks from issuing to deliver is just insane.
And the worst thing is that there is no tracking number provided.
I’ve contacted both IRCC and purolator, IRCC said there is no tracking number, and purolator said we can’t track the mail without tracking number, no one gives you a solution.
The funny and ridiculous part is that I applied for RTD 2 times, first time got rejected because of photo requirements, the letter of rejection was sent from their office to me in less than 24 hours using Canada post express.
Second application got approved and it feels like I have been waiting forever.
It's terrible. Looks like they shipped to wrong address. What a disaster. The worst thing is You can't complaint. Where?
I think they don’t ship to wrong address; they haven’t shipped yet. That’s why they couldn’t provide the tracking number as well. Terrible system..
No I don’t think they delivered it to the wrong address, because;
1: I have called them and confirmed my address.
2: the previous rejection sent to my address.
Their system is so bad to a point that it doesn’t feel that this is the government of a first world country.
And yeah there is no way to complain….
I have called IRCC and asked to provide me a tracking number, at first he said we don’t have one, but later the agent told me That I will contact the responsible office to provide us the tracking number and then it will show as note on my IRCC profile, he said it would take 5 business days.
Like bro please 5 business days to provide a tracking number is unbelievable.
Hello did you get it, am same problem they said not showing in system now 3 weeks passed
Congrats, I called to Ircc last Friday, and they said showing in system no require documentation, also everything look good. But I don’t know when will deliver.
