my friend live in Canada since august 2018 and her last stay was in Qatar 2018 of july and planning to file her citizenship this 2025 does she require to provide police clearance from Qatar?

No, because 2018 is more than five years ago, won't even show up on the app.

Hi, I have moved to Canada on PR in May 2022 and I am eligible for citizenship. Would I require a new police clearance certificate from India which is where I used to reside prior to moving here? TIA!

Not if You didn't spend 183 days in a row in India since you became PR.
