Same thing happened to me, got it on the 17th and update says 18th
I've got ADR for daughter's birth certificate, even though its already uploaded. I assume its because it doesnt have the surname of parents as given in her passport. It also applies to her own name (no surname). I thought this was a common issue for people from India. Anyways I'm gonna attach a notarised affidavit as proof. Any other ideas are welcome!
