I have about a month left. I will be submitting my Express Entry profile soon. Also asked my employer if he can get an LMIA. He agreed about 50%.

Not unless your passport expired. You stop working once it expires. What is your CRS score and do you know French.

LMIA takes months and where is the job and what is the wage? Should be high wage over $34 per hour. Tell employer that the job must be posted to job bank and other sites to prove no Canadian has the work experience, education and language skills to do the job.

My CRS is 474 as of now. I don't know French. Job is Teer 3 in downtown Toronto. When I got hired, his job post was up for like 3 months.
